Hello ALL! I am finally back from our summer vacation and it feels SOOOOOO good! Prior to leaving, I was scrambling trying to get some last minute projects done. I have a few things lined up for this summer, but nothing major. While staying at my sister’s house, I realized that my love for crazy, maximalist decor is off the scale. My sister house is very pristine and she and her significant other are very much minimalist. The whole time I was there, my hand was itching…it was too much perfection for me. Anyhow, as you scroll through this home tour, you will realize my decor style has split personality. I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing…all I know is, I like what I like with no real explanation behind it. If you want all the details on my home, check out my home tour move-in edition….the changes are miraculous! Since this is a home tour you know I had to include some of my absolute favorite bloggers to the mix (17 to be exact). This is going to be sooooo good and I have asked some new interior stylist to join….ooooh, I am so pumped!

Beautiful! I love the wallpaper, especially in the girls’ room. Your use of color is genius!
Thanks girl!
Jess, your style is incredible!! Your aesthetic is eclectic and curated to the T!! I’m always so impressed with how you blend color and texture. Also, you always have playful art and decor! It would take me hours to tour through your house because there is so much visual interest to take in! It’s been so fun to watch you go room by room and put your signature style and flair into your home! You’re awesome girl!
Thank you so much Karrie!
I’m in love with all of your wallpaper choices and black accents!! I’d be very comfortable calling this my home ; )
Thanks!
Your use of pattern is pretty stellar, my friend. Ive been falling hard for wallpaper lately, so I am drooling over your foyer and dining room. I love how genuine your style is. Beautifully done, love!
Thanks girl, I feel the same about you!
Love what you’ve done so far. So much Drama! Now that I’m out of my rental I’m feeling a little dramatic myself.
Haha!…that’s what I like! I cannot wait to see all the magic you do in your new home
Wow, your home is vintage eclectic perfection!!! You’ve done so much to it in such a short period of time. You are an inspiration for taking design risks and having them pay off big time! Beautiful tour. 🙂
Thanks girl!
Oh so gorgeous Jess! Your home is so gorgeously indulgent, I just love it! So wish I had of had my home together to join you on the tour! Next time xx
next time love! I cannot wait to see all the changes in your home and how it all comes together.
I simply love your style of decor! The eclectic look you designed for each room is perfect..i love how each room has its own personality
Thanks girl!
Great job, Jess! This was phenomenal!!!
I love everything as always! <3
Your dining room is my favorite. Love the dark colors and beautiful furniture!
Your home is so very beautiful…not too pristine, but appear ‘lived-in’. Every element is an indicator of what a curated home looks like. Thanks for sharing :).
Thank you so much! That is what I strive to achieve!
OK, I’m just now getting to dive into all these gorgeous home tours properly – it’s been a crazy week (good, but crazy). Anyway, I literally love every single room in your house. They’re all so bold but they flow so well together – tonnes of amazing design statements without being overwhelming. It’s all just perfect. And that wallpaper in your foyer has me weak at the knees!
Thanks girl!
You coined your tour perfectly!! I would so love to see all of this rich, moody goodness in person. I love the wallpapered walls just as much as the dark, painted ones. I’m in love with all of your brass pieces on the dining room shelves and that awesome, massive mirror!! It is all so incredibly gorgeous, Jess! Thanks for hosting… xoxo
You are the best! Thank you so much for sharing your love!
I think the split personalities balance each other out perfectly. It’s the yin-yang of decor and not very many can pull it off! I love your maximalism, moody tones, vintage flare, and your distinctive personal decorating style. It feels so curated and high end!
Thank you. I think I am going the Iris Apfel route with this and not care about cohesiveness. I mean, I love so many different styles so it is hard for me to stick with one style and ride with it.
