Sharing my Vintage Bohemian Guest Bathroom
Hey guys and welcome to the final week of the Primp and Pamper Bathroom Makeover hosted by Jewel from Jeweled Interiors. If you are stopping by from Corinna from A Designer at Home, Welcome…I enjoy having y’all. I am so happy to finally share with y’all a space that I started working on last summer. I am running with the wild on this one and rocking the obvious for as long as I can. Before I share the final reveal, let’s take a trip down memory lane with a picture from when we first moved in.

Here is the before….Seriously, who puts carpet in a bathroom?
Welcome to the Guest bath aka the kids bath! Rocking the black, pink, yellow, blue, AND mosaic tile and running free!
I have a thing for brass, so whenever I find brass planters I buy them…even if they have some weird arrangement in them. I donate the arrangement and keep the planter. I think that was the story with this planter.
I like to use thrifted apothecary jars and trinkets to house bathroom accessories. That Chinoiserie bowl holds the kids hand soap. We bring out the PUMP when guest come…otherwise, it will only last a day! Haha!
It took me forever to post pictures of my bathroom because I could not make my mind up on which towel bar to hang. Thankfully my ma gifted me a set for Christmas which made the decision easier. The other ones were all estate sale finds…vintage of course.
I found this wooden planter thing at the thrift store and thought it was cool. I needed a wooden element in this space and this does it for me without visually weighing the room down. The mister told me to stop buying real plants since I keep killing them, so I reused what I had “planted” it in this planter.
Just for guest…enough said.
Black cabinetry, black doors, black baseboards, and a black window….What can I say, it matched the floors! I can guarantee you that 3 out of 4 of those black drawers are empty. I am totally stumped with what to put in there since I store stuff under the sink. Any ideas?
I use to use these baskets to house some of my kids toys, but since the toy closet looks like a bomb went off in there and nothing is organized, I figure I would put it to better use in here. Shopping my house is the best way to make the most of what I have. I love vintage decor, but I may have a couple of pieces that lean on the bohemian side of decor.
For those of y’all who voted on the Indian painting WON. She is absolute perfection in here!!! She is a bit bohemian, right?
When I pulled up the carpet in this space I was gifted with pink floors. I did not spend a thing on this beauty! Only if they left the pink tiled walls (I am pretty sure that was the color of the tile based off of the original color of the tub).
